Tuition & Policies

Studio Policies

Tuition/Registration:  All classes must be paid for in advance, prior to the student taking class.  Fees are based on an average of four classes per month.  No additional charge is applied when a fifth lesson occurs, nor is a reduction applied when fewer than four classes are held.  Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.  A $20.00 late fee charge will be added on the 10th of each month for outstanding balances.  Endeavor reserves the right to cancel accounts with unpaid balances if payment is not received by the due date.  Returned checks are subject to a $25 return fee.  Accounts 30 days past due will result in suspension of class for that student.  Endeavor charges an annual registration fee of $25 per student each year.  This fee will be charged at the beginning of the fall session for returning students and at the time of registration for new students.  ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Automatic Payment:  As a convenience to our families, we offer automatic credit card payment for those wishing to avoid writing a monthly check.  Students that  would like to charge items in the E café, rent a locker, and/or are enrolled in private lessons are required to have a credit card on file for payment.  Please speak with an office manager if you would like to set up a monthly automatic payment.

Missed lessons/Makeups:  We strongly encourage consistent attendance.  Consistency aids in your child’s progression.  Make up lessons are available if you report an absence PRIOR to your class.  You are allowed 12 makeups per year per class enrolled. Makeups will expire three months after the date of the missed class. Once a makeup is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled.  Students must check in at the desk to receive a make up pass in order to attend class.

30-Day notice of cancellation: Your child is enrolled in our program until we receive a written 30-day notice and your account will be billed accordingly. If notice is given less than 30 days prior to cancellation, you are responsible for the full monthly tuition.

Classroom Etiquette: To ensure that all students derive the most benefit from their training, students are asked to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Enter the classroom quietly wearing proper dance attire
  • Students must be on time
  • Be respectful of teachers and fellow classmates
  • Refrain from eating, drinking, sitting, or chewing gum in class

Lobby:  The lobby/café area is a quiet zone.  Students should pick up after themselves.  No running in the cafe or upstairs lobby.  No food is allowed outside of the café.  Tap shoes should not be worn outside of the classroom.  Endeavor is not responsible for articles lost, stolen, or left on the premises.  Children not participating in class should not be left unattended.  Students are not permitted in the classroom without a teacher present.

Minimum Enrollment:  Classes with less than 5 registered students will be canceled and put on a waiting list.  Regular Classes with 3 or less students in attendance will only be held for half of the class.  This is considered to be a semi-private lesson.
